Summary: A Store Manager is responsible for leading with the best customer service skills, recruiting, hiring, and educating team members, pulling and analyzing reports, merchandising, and inventory control. Store Managers also inspire and motivate the team to provide the best in customer service, complete tasks as assigned and encourage suggestive selling to meet goals and timelines. In addition, they also maintain equipment, troubleshoot transaction issues, as well as inspecting the task completion of team members.

Experience: 2 years shift lead experience; store management experience preferred.

Requirements: Must be willing to work 45 hours a week minimum with additional hours required occasionally based on business need. The ability to multi-task and have a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is essential.
